May 30, 2018
LISBON — The Lisbon Regional School is proud to announce the top four members of the graduating Class of 2018.

Trevor Fenoff, Valedictorian

Trevor Robert Fenoff, the son of Wanda and Richard Fenoff, is the Valedictorian of Lisbon Regional School's class of 2018. He is planning on attending the University of New Hampshire to pursue a degree in chemical engineering. Other than his academic excellence at Lisbon Regional School, he participated in Panther Adventure Wilderness Society, Gamesters, Academic Team, Bass Fishing Team, and served as president for Student Council and National Honor Society.

Hayley Fisher, Salutatorian

Hayley Marie Fisher, daughter of Todd and Julie Fisher of Lisbon, is a well rounded student and has shown this by the many activities and clubs she has partaken in as well as staying on top of her academics all throughout her time at Lisbon Regional School. Being active in clubs and sports as well as the music program while managing her academics has only pushed her to be the superior student that she is today and she has certainly earned her spot as salutatorian of the class of 2018.

Hayley plans to attend Southern New Hampshire University next fall. She will be pursuing a degree in elementary education with a certification in special education. Hayley has chosen the education path because of her teachers. She hopes that one day she can inspire her students like her teachers have inspired her. She wants to be the light not all kids have, she wants to help shape the future of America.

On top of her required classes, Hayley has been able to take Running Start classes through White Mountains Community College. This has given her many college credits before she even goes to college. Hayley has been able to handle the workload of these classes as well as managing her busy schedule with clubs, athletics, and music.

Hayley has been a part of the varsity basketball and softball teams in her high school career. She was the captain of both her senior year. On top of sports, Hayley has taken part of many clubs including Student Council, CHAT Club (Children Helping Animals Together), Yearbook Club, and is the vice-president of the National Honor Society. Hayley also takes part in band and chorus, she is the only senior in both! Hayley was able to conduct her band in the last concert, showing her leadership skills to the community and her peers.

Hayley has truly shown her hard work and dedication all throughout her time at Lisbon Regional School. She has shown her leadership and has truly gained her true character throughout the years. We are confident Hayley will continue to show her hard work, dedication, and leadership onto her next adventure. We congratulate Hayley Fisher with the honor of being salutatorian for Lisbon Regional School's Class of 2018.

Chelsea Mitton, Third Honors

Chelsea Mitton is the eldest daughter of Rodney and Beverley Mitton. Through hard work and dedication, she has earned her spot as third in the Lisbon Regional School senior class of 2018. Throughout her years at Lisbon Regional, Chelsea has participated in numerous clubs and activities, some of which include National Honor Society, Yearbook, and CHAT Club. Chelsea will be attending Plymouth State University in the fall, where she plans to study elementary education.

Mariko Aldrich-Holmes, Fourth Honors

Mariko Aldrich-Holmes is fourth in rank at Lisbon Regional High School and will be delivering the farewell speech at graduation on Sunday, June 10 for the Class of 2018. Mariko's GPA has placed her in this spot because of her ability to be an intelligent person and useful community member. She has taken many challenges upon herself but survived them.

Mariko is the daughter of Kimiko Aldrich and Scott Holmes.

After graduation, Mariko plans to pursue a degree in Rehabilitation Services at the University of Maine at Farmington. Mariko has chosen this career path in order to help members of her community who are in need.

Mariko's education at Lisbon Regional High School consisted of college-level courses as well as more advanced classes such as Physics, Chemistry, and Pre-Calculus. In addition to that, Mariko is a member of the Ammonoosuc Chapter of National Honor Society and other clubs within her school.

Mariko is an exceptional student who has dedicated herself to making the most out of her education at Lisbon Regional High School. She has remained proactive in the well-being of those in her community and beyond it. We are confident she will continue to move forward in the path of success. We congratulate Mariko of being a member of the graduating Class of 2018.
