Troy Lucas finishes roasting a batch of coffee beans, one of a number he readies for packaging on Mondays and Tuesdays in the 7 King St. roastery. The 7 kilo Diedrich roaster gives Troy and Jennica Lucas the ability to roast for individuals and large wholesale accounts without compromising any quality between the two. WOLFEBORO — If you are looking for a good cup of coffee, one brewed from beans roasted on the premises and served alongside an enticing array of locally baked pastries (including gluten free), search no more. Troy and Jennica Lucas offer a full beverage menu, hot and cold, in their Lucas Roasting Company cafe off the beaten path on King Street, just off Bay Street in Wolfeboro.

If it's a pound of coffee to stock the larder that you desire, a wall of cubicles filled with ground or whole bean coffee with names such as Winnipesaukee Sunrise Blend, Wind and Water Blend, French Blend, French Vanilla, Italian Roast, Costa Rica "La Poeta," Guatemala Huehuetenango "Finca La Perla," Wicked Dark Sumatra, Mocha Mint,, Irish Cream and Jamaican Me Crazy and are among those that await.

Business owners may be interested in creating a custom blend with private labeling for their establishment. There are volume discounts for quantity wholesale purchasing and custom sized frac-pac (fractional packaging) pillow packs for fast paced enviroments.
